Crisis Assistance Fund

Foster care alumni face a heightened risk of crisis as they transition into adulthood—often without the safety nets of family, financial reserves, or long-term support systems. Unexpected emergencies such as housing instability, job loss, medical needs, or mental health crises can quickly derail progress toward independence and self-sufficiency. For many alumni, even a short-term crisis can lead to long-term consequences, including homelessness, unemployment, or reentry into unsafe environments.

ALL IN Empowering Futures established its Crisis Assistance Fund to provide timely, stabilization-focused support when foster care alumni face urgent, unforeseen challenges. This fund allows ALL IN to respond quickly with practical assistance and referrals that address immediate needs while preserving dignity, stability, and momentum toward long-term success. By intervening at critical moments, the Crisis Fund serves as a bridge—helping alumni remain housed, employed, and connected to care rather than falling into crisis cycles that are difficult to escape.
