Our 2023 Tampa Catholic Football team is hitting the gym hard this summer to prepare for the season! To raise funds for new team gear, college visits, pre-game meals, end-of-year banquet, and the overall football program, we are hosting the 2023 CRUSADER STRONG LIFT-A-THON on Saturday, July 15th!!!

Each player will perform three core exercises, squats, deadlifts, and bench. We will take the players combined score to get his final weight. The competition will be intense as we want to raise as much as possible for our program!!!

How you can help:

Donations of any amount are appreciated :)

PLATINUM SPONSOR-$250.00 - your name or business logo will be displayed at the lifting station during the event
ONE-TIME DONATION - You are able to donate a flat amount instead of pledging per pound.
PLEDGE AMOUNT PER POUND LIFTED - Pledges of at least .01 per pound of the total pounds lifted during the Lift-A-Thon. Each player will set a one-rep max attempt in Bench, Squat, and Deadlift.
