Don’t forget your swimsuit, towel, and comfortable indoor and outdoor clothes for a fun weekend at Sleeping Child Hot Springs! All proceeds from this Fun-Raiser will support the Youth Farm Internship program of Cultivating Connections Montana - teaching real world job skills in agriculture, value-added food processing, and community building to local teens.

We have three great event options for you to celebrate and relax:

Come on Friday for our Gala Dinner Party. The evening starts out with tasty local cheeses and appetizers and a complimentary glass of local beer or organic wine. There’s time for soaking and perusing the Silent Auction. Then, guests will love the special ‘India in Montana’ dinner featuring Montana-grown lentils, grains, chicken, and vegetables all paired with the exotic spices of India. Local beers and wine will be available by donation, and talented local musicians will entertain! Doors open at 5PM and depart by 11PM- plenty of time for two soaks! 48 tickets available. $125/Guest.

Saturday is our Women’s Wellness Retreat Day. Let’s celebrate each other as we pamper ourselves. Choose to restore and balance with Sound, tap into healing with Reiki, enjoy a Massage, connect with yourself through Somatic Experiencing, learn about and experience Internal Family Systems or Hypnotherapy, release with Guided Meditation and Heartfulness, do Yoga, learn Pelvic Health practices, liberate yourself with a Writing and Dance workshop, experience Breathe Work, express yourself with Art, dip into the Hot Springs, go for a Walk, soak up some rays in the Solarium, Relax, and enjoy a day just for You! The Morning Smoothie Bar, Lunch Salad and Spring Roll Bar, and Light Evening Meal Buffet will nourish your body and liven your palette! Bring a yoga mat or blanket, swimsuit and towels, comfortable clothing, slippers or warm socks, a notebook or journal and a pen, the book you're reading,... heck you can even bring your bathrobe! Come ready to be comfortable and connected. The Retreat is all day, from 10AM-7:00PM, but feel free to come and go as you please. It is an alcohol-free event. 35 tickets are available. $250/Participant.

Sunday Family Fun Day at the Hot Springs will be a great chance to soak, play, and relax together. From the tasty, kid-friendly buffet, to board games, puzzles, art projects, and more- we’ve thought of so many ways to help your family enjoy time together from noon-5:30PM. This is an alcohol-free event. 11 family tickets available. $275/ Family of 2 adults, 2 kids. $75 for each for up to 2 additional kids. Children under 2 free.

Volunteer Option- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday volunteer options available. If you'd like a more cost-effective option to visit the Hot Springs or want to support the CCMT team in making this Fun-Raiser a success, this is the option for you! Enjoy a complimentary meal and soak time in exchange for helping us set up and take down the events, prepare and distribute food, and serve our guests. $60/volunteer.

Each event is limited in the number of guests to allow for maximum comfort, so don't pass up this amazing opportunity!

All events will include delicious, healthy, and locally-inspired and organic foods along with local coffee, teas, and huckleberry lemonade. Thanks to Homestead Organics Farm for collaborating on catering this event!

**THE SILENT AUCTION!! Repurpose-Regift-Recycle

All events will include our almost famous Repurpose-Regift-Recycle Silent Auction! And you can participate! You are invited to share your treasures and talents and to bid on what other guests bring along!

Do you have a wonderful piece of jewelry or gently used clothing that you wish to pass along, or a fantastic book you know others will love? Is there a piece of pottery or other artwork that you wish to share? Do you bake an amazing pie or cookies you can bring that will tempt people to place the winning bid? What about that great kitchen tool or small appliance you never actually use, or the wonderful vacation souvenir that just sits collecting dust- bring them along!

We all have so much "stuff" in our lives.....this is a way to share something you have that you are ready to pass on for someone else to enjoy.

We hope to make this a fun Silent Auction full of unique, inspiring items so bring them along and remember to bring cash or check so you can bid on your favorites!

This year we’re having to do things differently from the Fun-Raisers of the past few
years at the Sleeping Child Hot Springs. We recognize and regret that this event is
simply not accessible for some folks, and that fewer people may be able to participate.
Rest assured we have volunteer options and Cultivating Connections will be hosting several free & affordable family, community, and impactful events all year long!

Important Information about Your Visit:

The drive to the Sleeping Child Hot Springs from downtown Hamilton takes 30 minutes. Please do not enter early and please depart promptly at the ending time for your party. Thank you in advance as this will help us provide a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.

Please bring your own towels as these will not be provided.

If you are attending the Friday Gala Dinner and will be consuming alcoholic beverages, we ask that you please coordinate a designated driver or carpool option in advance!

There is no WIFI or cell service at the Hot Springs - After booking, we will provide you with the home phone number to share in case you need to be reached.

Keep in mind that this facility does not allow pets and is not ADA compliant.

Children under 2 do not need tickets.

ILLNESS-AWARE CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:

All tickets are transferrable. If you cannot make it, please consider giving your tickets to someone else.

If WE cancel the event, you will be refunded the full amount of your ticket minus the Give Butter ticketing fee. This is our main fundraiser, and we will do everything we can to make this event happen in a safe and fun way!

If you cancel 2 weeks before the event (by February 16th), we will refund you 100% of your ticket, minus the Give Butter ticketing fee.

If you cancel 5 days before the event (by February 25th), we will refund 50% of your ticket, minus the Give Butter ticketing fee.

If you cancel LESS THAN 5 DAYS before the event , you will not receive a refund and your ticket value will be considered a donation. You will receive a tax deductible donation receipt for your taxes.

Why Support CCMT's Youth Farm Internship Program?

The Cultivating Connections Farm-Classroom is located at Homestead Organics Farm, which was started in 1999 by Laura Garber. It began as an experiment in organic food growing, and over time the farm also developed a strong educational focus and began hosting workshops, classes, and youth at the farm. CCMT was born to house these programs, as we have shifted away from a transactional model into a relational one: one that prioritizes creating a space for everyone to learn, grow, and share.

All proceeds from this Fun-Raiser will go to supporting the employment of up to 10 Youth Farm Interns this upcoming 2023 farming season. Last season, we were able to engage 8 Youth Interns in over 2,000 hours of direct youth engagement. This included learning how to grow produce, interacting with and serving the community, exploring sustainability, preparing and sharing Montana grown food, and deeping their connection with themselves and each other. Not only do the youth we employ learn a wide variety of real-world job skills, but they also work to better themselves, our environment, and our community through their participation in our many different community building programs. In 2022 alone, our Youth Farm Interns participated in:

Mayday! Gardens - 30,000 seedlings were taken home and planted in the community in through the Mayday! Gardens program. These seedlings were given away for free or by donation.
Salads and Soups for Seniors - Over 2,000 servings of soups and salads using local ingredients were delivered to Meals on Wheels through our Salads for Seniors program, and six prototype gardens were planted in local seniors’ backyards by our Teenage Veggie Brigade, sponsored in part by AARP and Big Sky Restaurant Supply.
Farm Days - Two family-friendly farm days were hosted, giving community members time and space to explore the farm, engage with employees, and eat local food. We also held three fun-raising events including the Feast in the Field & Easter at Sleeping Child Hot Springs.
Classroom School Visits - Over 400 school kids visited the farm to learn and explore - guided by our Youth Interns and staff.
Special Abilities Camp - There were three days of Special Abilities Camp, in collaboration with HEARTism, where Youth Farm Interns were buddies to children on the Autism spectrum. They all enjoyed paddling around in the pond, planting seeds, sharing healthy snacks, creating art, and feeding the animals.
Farmers' Markets - Interns consistently offered produce by donation, games, and interaction at the Farmers’ Markets in Hamilton & Darby.

What is Sleeping Child Hot Springs?

Welcome to the decompression zone of nature. Sleeping Child Hot Springs is located in the Rocky Mountains south of Missoula, Montana. This expansive 40-acre estate sits at 4600 ft elevation 6 miles from the nearest neighbor, and surrounded by Bitterroot National Forest on all sides with private gated access.

The incredible five-level, Resort/Lodge has 25,000 square feet of space including 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, laundry facilities, full surround decks, elevator access on all floors, a game room, Direct TV, dance floor, grand piano, indoor fountains, and a massive solarium where you can enjoy the “Big Sky” at night without ambient light from cities. The resort grounds are well groomed with a 30x60 hot spring pool, sauna and two hot tubs which are heated by the natural hot springs & fire pit near the pool. The geothermal heating from the natural artesian hot springs heats the entire property (130 degree F and 200 gpm). There are beautiful mountain views even though it is tucked away for solitude and privacy.
