Our beautiful Thea, just three years old, has Rett Syndrome. For her first year, she developed like any other child, filling our lives with joy and promise. Research has shown that their minds are not damaged; they understand and feel far more than they can show. They are prisoners in their own bodies. There is no cure, and those affected rely entirely on others for every aspect of their lives.

A Cure is Within Reach – But We Need Your Help
The Rett Syndrome Research Trust (RSRT) is a beacon of hope. Their tireless work is bringing a cure closer than ever before. Thanks to their dedication, two gene therapy trials were approved in the UK in 2024, following groundbreaking work in the US and Canada in 2023.
