NCJFCJ Judith Horgan Scholarship

Judith Horgan strived to help new members of the NCJFCJ feel included and welcomed to join all of our conferences and events. The Judith Horgan scholarship is available to any new judicial officer within their first 8 years of their chosen court system profession who is a member in good standing of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ).
