We invite you to consider donating to the Judith Horgan scholarship fund. Thanks to a generous donor, all donations are matched up to $10,000 through the end of the year!

Judith Horgan strives to help new members of the NCJFCJ feel included and welcomed at all our conferences and events, regardless of budget limitations. The Judith Horgan scholarship is available to any new judicial professional within their first 8 years of their chosen court system profession who is a member in good standing of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ).
