With limited STEM opportunities in our schools and rising costs, Kool Kat Science relies on family support to keep programs free or low-cost.

Just $14 provides one student with a 90-minute STEM session.

Many Toledo children have little or no access to meaningful STEM education. In Toledo Public School, only 33% of 5th graders and 35% of 8th graders are proficient in science. Kool Kat Science is working to change that.

Last year, we served:

100 students in free or low-cost summer camps
50 students in free library programs
25 students and caregivers in 2Gen after-school programs

This spring and summer, we can reach 150+ more students, but reduced grant funding and higher material costs mean we need community support to move forward. Your gift helps open a doorway of opportunity for young learners.
