Praxis Popups Program Fund

Praxis Health Empowerment will implement the “Praxis Popups” Program to provide multiple services in a flexible manner that meets communities where they are at.

We leveraged LA County Public Health Data to locate areas of high incidence of overdose, low health insurance rates, and low income, as each metric corresponds to one of our services offered (NARCAN distribution, health insurance enrollment counseling, public benefits enrollment, respectively). 

With your support, our Certified Enrollment Counselors can offer professional services to help our neighbors in need gain access to basic needs, and we can reduce the risk of overdose at the same time.
