This retreat will provide participants with a deep foundation in Snake and Turtle Qigong, guiding them through essential principles of posture, intent, and movement.

Each day, we will cultivate energy (Qi) in a Yang Sheng environment—a space dedicated to nourishing life and fostering long-term well-being. Together, we will explore the proper principles of practice and apply them with intention, helping attendees build a sustainable and effective routine.
