Support Our Small Businesses: Haywood County Hurricane Helene Relief Campaign

The Haywood Advancement Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to fostering economic prosperity in Haywood County. Through collaborative engagement with public and private sectors, the Foundation works to enhance community wellbeing by addressing key issues like workforce housing, economic development, and infrastructure. With a steadfast, cooperative spirit and strategic use of financial tools and property assets, the Foundation aims to create a thriving local economy. 

As Haywood County confronts the challenges posed by Tropical Storm Helene, Haywood Advancement has been proactive in offering clean-up grants immediately after the storm. A providing small business grants up to $25,000 to aid in the recovery and reopening of businesses in Haywood County. 100% of donations are granted back to the impacted by the storm. Haywood Advancement is covering the cost and expenses for the grant program. 

Though collaborative partnerships with the Haywood County Tourism Development Authority and Haywood Chamber nearly $400,000 has been raised to help these business continue their rebuilding efforts.

Our goal is to is to raise $500,000. We appreciate your consideration in helping us reach that goal.
