Yoga has always been more than movement; it’s how we live, how we care, and how we act in service of one another.

With SNAP benefits ending this November, many families in our neighborhoods are navigating food insecurity and uncertainty.

Over the coming months, AYA will be collecting donations for our neighborhood food banks. 100% of your donation will provide meals, essential supplies, and care items to families, seniors, and individuals in Central Ohio who rely on food assistance.
