Day at the Capitol Registration Fee

 Day at the Capitol (DAC) is a 4-day event where CYC members are trained on the legislative process by other youth members. Youth have the opportunity to meet with members of the California legislature to discuss their ideas for improving the foster care and juvenile justice systems by advocating for our sponsored bills.

How to Complete Registration Payment 

1. Select one of the amounts presented, or enter an amount in the "other" field. 
2. If you know the name of the attendee, you will be asked to add it on the next page. If you don't know the name, click "continue."
3. In the payment summary, configure your processing fee and tip. 
4. If you are making a donation on behalf of a company or organization, please be sure to let us know the name.
5. Select your payment method. There is information on how to submit a check if that is you preferred payment type. 

Processing Fee and Givebutter Tip 

You are not required to pay for the processing fee, or to leave a tip to Givebutter. To remove the fee and tip:

1. On the summary page under your donation amount, tap "edit" next to the processing fee amount.
2. Uncheck "I want to over fees." 
3. In the "tip" portion, click the percentage and tap "other." 
4. Change the tip amount to $0
