Support quality housing in Dayton by supporting Dayton Energy Collaborative.

DEC facilitates a network of six income-qualifying home repair and weatherization programs (The Dayton Home Repair Network). This network replaces roofs, HVAC systems, and broken steps, fixes plumbing and electrical systems, eliminates mold, pests, and safety issues, all to those who cannot afford the work themselves. 

DEC serves as the community information hub for this network. Our team works one-one-one with neighbors to apply for the programs. 

Through our model of collaboration, we are stabilizing Dayton's housing stock and restoring household wellbeing.
