Purchase a virtual cup to support Coffee Hip-Hop and Mental Health in continuing the important work we do every week. We provide free mental health education and therapeutic spaces for our community. Each week, we serve 100 people between the ages of 21 and 55 through third space groups. These groups offer a neutral place to promote mental and emotional wellness, provide perspective, and foster social emotional learning.
