Defend the Fatherless is a 5013c who aims to be “one more reason for families to say Yes! to the fatherless”. We do this by helping to meet the physical, financial, emotional, and educational and spiritual needs of foster and adoptive families in our community!

We have big goals in 2022 to expand and enhance our services! Specifically, we are planning some AMAZING connection events to better address the emotional needs of the families we serve! We will host a variety of monthly events including multiple respite nights, mom’s night out events, park play dates, dad events, coffee meet ups and yes, we are even planning a fun family day-camp this spring!!! Furthermore, we are partnering with a local trauma-informed counselor's office to facilitate a foster parent support group! We want our foster and adoptive families to know each other and know they are not alone!

You can help by donating to our Giving Tuesday campaign so we make help build community and connection for the families we serve!

100% of the Giving Tuesday campaign donations will go towards the various costs associated with planning and hosting connection events.
