Join us for our Revert Eid Al-Adha Celebration potluck style on Saturday, June 22 at 1 PM, in Sha Allah!

We'll also be celebrating our FIRST ANNIVERSARY!
A year ago, our organization was created to connect and build a much-needed Latino Muslim community in the DMV.

We can't fathom celebrating this happy occasion without giving back to those desperately in need.

Our goal is to raise $1,000. Together, we can do it, in Sha Allah. (Additional details below)

Come together with fellow reverts, friends, and family to enjoy a community potluck with delicious food, great company, and family-friendly activities. The event will be held indoors!

Additional Notes:

Fifty percent of the funds raised will be donated to our ummah in Falas-teen. We will donate via Penny Appeal. We'll be using the remaining 50% of the funds raised at this event towards our overall goal of registering our organization for an official 501(c)(3) non-profit status. The initial application fees total $625.
CLOTHING DRIVE - Later this year, in Sha Allah, we'll be visiting our Muslim community in El Salvador. If you have any modest clothing for summer you'd like to donate to them, please bring it to this event! We will accept new and gently used clothing and hijabs for all ages. Please keep in mind that the average temperatures are above 80°F.
