Helping people who are living with chronic diseases is a major focus for us at the Y. We believe in helping people live a healthy life, for their entire life!

Sweating For Survivors is a series of that will allow you help us offer these crucial, life-affirming programs like LiveStrong at the YMCA for cancer survivors, the Diabetes Prevention Program, the Heart Healthy Program, Enhance Fitness for people with arthritis, and more!
