Project Combat Leave (PCL) is a veteran-owned 501(c)(3) built around a simple mission: to honor and empower combat-wounded veterans post service.

In Costa Rica, we run structured, purpose-driven programs that combine outdoor challenge, disciplined routine, and K9-integrated work. Veterans train, move, and rebuild alongside others who understand the weight of combat. The goal is not comfort. It is momentum—reclaiming confidence, connection, and a sense of purpose.
