My name is Alicia Redimarker, and I am the president of the ECDC Company Booster Club, a volunteer-led nonprofit organization supporting nearly 40 talented dancers of the East Coast Dance Complex competitive teams. We are currently seeking valued business partners to support our upcoming season through sponsorship opportunities.

The immersive experience of being on a dance team continues to have a profound and positive impact on our children’s lives. Dance provides incredible physical and mental health benefits, from cardiovascular fitness and strength to improved confidence, reduced anxiety, and a strong sense of belonging. Participation on a dance team requires more than just talent and dedication, though. It often comes with significant financial costs, including extensive training, competition fees, travel expenses, uniforms, and costumes. Unfortunately, these barriers can prevent passionate and talented dancers from fully engaging in the opportunities that help them grow both personally and artistically. Our organization works hard to ensure our dancers are able to take part in every opportunity presented to them as members of the team, regardless of financial circumstance.

As both a parent and a leader in our booster club, I have seen first-hand the transformation dance inspires. The most beautiful skill I have witnessed in my own daughters is their ability to listen to feedback, adjust, learn, and grow. Competitive dance fosters a growth mindset, teaching young people to embrace challenges, see mistakes as opportunities, and carry those lessons into every part of their lives as dancers, students, friends, and community members.

In addition to the countless hours our dancers devote to technique classes and performance rehearsals in the studio, they will be attending four regional competitions this season. With the exception of our mini group, dancers will also participate in one to two training conventions and compete at a prestigious national competition in Long Branch, New Jersey. Our teams are already hard at work learning 33 unique competition pieces and are filled with excitement and anticipation for the season ahead!

Our studio is based in Somersworth, but our team members live in communities all along seacoast New Hampshire and Maine, giving your business excellent visibility and community reach. Enclosed you will find our sponsorship levels and an outline of the benefits we can offer your business in return for your generosity. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, any donation you make is tax-deductible.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR KINDNESS INITIATIVE DONATION CARDS

The ECDC Company Booster Club has several events planned throughout the year that involve donation collection. We will attach these cards to any deliveries made (i.e. poinsettia plant to a nursing home resident, box of doughnuts to a fire station, etc.). As a valued, high level sponsor, we would be happy to add your logo to these cards. Our first round of donations head out September 12th but we are happy to update these as the year goes on!
