In Iowa today, the right to make personal decisions about pregnancy is under threat. Clinics have closed. Laws have tightened. And the people most affected are those already facing the hardest circumstances—single parents, students, rural families, people of color, survivors, and those living paycheck to paycheck.

The Iowa Abortion Access Fund exists because no one should be forced to continue a pregnancy they cannot afford or are not safe to carry. There is no choice without access.

Every day, we help Iowans overcome the financial and logistical barriers that stand between them and the care they need. We provide funding, practical support, and compassionate guidance—quietly, urgently, and without judgment—because reproductive freedom is not theoretical. It is personal and immediate.

Together, we ensure that when someone in Iowa says, I need help, the answer is yes.
