Join Us for Autism Acceptance Month
& a Day at the Tigers Ballpark

Every Purchased game ticket enters you into the Raffle for a Tigers Signed Memorabilia Item.  (Winner will be notified by email and delivery arranged after the game.)

The Annual Autism Acceptance Day at the Ballpark is held to raise funds & but mostly to promote inclusion in our state.

Every day, we work to create connections, empowering everyone in the Autism community to live fully. We believe that acceptance is creating a world where everyone in the Autism community is connected to the support they need, when they need it.

Your support helps us connect individuals with Autism, and their networks of support to

education, resources, advocacy, local events and above all, to each other.

Your Participation in this Autism Acceptance event will help us fund our local Detroit area programs:

· Playgroups: Parents/Guardians help others by sharing their own knowledge and experience, while their child(ren) play in a safe environment. Caregivers feel a reduction in loneliness, isolation, and stress

· Social Clubs: More than a feel-good socialization program, isolated ASD teens and adults receive peer support while practicing skills needed to be successful out in the community

· Sibshops: Lively evidence-based learning groups where children cope with their relationship with a person who has a disability through games and discussions

· Peer Support Groups: A safe space where individuals share experiences, get information & advice, and make community connections. (We have 5 groups: Adult, Teen, Caregiver, Parent, Siblings)

· “Navigating Autism” Information & Referrals: The Resource Lists are always available on our website in addition to a 24/7 messaging service for families to ask questions and obtain a quick response of advice from parents with experience raising special needs family members
