You would be glad to know what we have accomplished in 2020!

Hosted 22 Climate Conversations, a signature program funded by Energize Delaware, engaging over 700 individuals.
Successfully started a Monthly Webinar Series this spring, engaging over 400 community members to learn about climate solutions and inspire action.
Advocated for Stronger RPS and Community Solar, engaging faith leaders, community members and campus groups in focused outreach to legislators.
Through our Faith Efficiencies Program, facilitated energy assessments for Houses of Worship, educated members on home energy audits and resources, and installed roving Earth Care Displays in libraries throughout the state.
Launched a youth-led initiative Delaware Intercampus Climate Coalition with students from campuses around the state to address sustainability issues on campuses and to advocate for climate-friendly policies.
Launched a new initiative this spring, helping Houses of Worship certify as ‘Sacred Grounds’ by integrating worship and creation care and managing their land sustainably by creating pollinator habitats, community gardens, rain gardens etc.
Early November DeIPL was awarded $80,000 from the Empowerment Grant Program for another signature program, Windows of Hope. This interior storm window construction, installation, and energy education program trains and pays community members to build cost-saving inserts for their community neighbors.
