Deaf Entrepreneurial Training Program

     The Deaf Entrepreneurial Program at the Deaf Culture Center of New Mexico is designed to empower Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard-of-hearing individuals by providing them with the skills, resources, and mentorship needed to start and grow their businesses. Often our population struggles to obtain and maintain full-time equitable employment.
This provides job opportunities by and for the Deaf community creates the foundations needed towards building economic resilience and self reliance. 

      Your donations will go towards:

         *Hiring a Deaf Manager/Mentor for our program

         *Purchasing of equipment

         *Signage for coffee shop

         *Prize for the contest to name the coffee shop

  This program enables participants to learn the essentials of business management—such as budgeting, marketing, and networking, as well as present their culinary skills.
