Our Community Home is a transitional recovery housing program dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness, sobriety, and stability. Located in Chesterfield, Virginia, we provide safe and structured housing along with access to essential wraparound services, including peer support, therapy, life skills training, and workforce readiness. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where residents can heal, grow, and reclaim control of their lives through accountability, faith, and community.
We work with individuals who are overcoming challenges such as substance use, homelessness, incarceration, trauma, and mental health conditions. Through a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, Our Community Home serves as a bridge between crisis and long-term recovery.
