Meet Monroe, the "AMBASSADOG" for Albany Humane Society's "Dog Days of Summer" Campaign! 

It’s impossible to know exactly what happened to Monroe before he came to Albany Humane. Although, the wounds on his face and the ribs sticking out of his sides say it all, he had been through something terrible. Each year Albany Humane rescues more than 2,700 animals all over South Georgia. With your help, thousands of lives, whose suffering we can never fully comprehend, will continue to be rescued and rehomed—animals like Monroe.
