As part of our Executive Director's annual weeks long birthday celebration (her actual birthday is March 16th!), from March 18th to March 22nd, MGAM Scholarship Foundation will have its first annual fundrasing week! The theme will be "Dollars for Dares".

How does it work you ask? Well, each dare has a specific dollar value attached to it. The bigger the value, the bigger the dare! If the price for the dare is met, the board member will complete the dare and post on the organization's social media sites. Follow us on Instagram (@mgamfoundation), Facebook, and LinkedIn! If the board member decides to back out of the dare, then they must pay the same donation amount.

By doing Dollars for Dares, you can help the MGAM Scholarship Foundation change the lives of two young Black women through the organization's Building Opportunities for Sistas to Shine (B.OS.S.) Scholarship. With the money raised, we will fund two scholarships for young Black women looking to continue their educational pursuits after they graduate from high school. Since its inception, we have provided six incredible young Women with scholarships and currently the 2024 scholarship applications are coming in! The 2024 scholarship recipients will each receive a scholarship in the amount of $1,750.

100% of the donations will go towards the B.OS.S. Scholarship.
