Too many Baltimore families are forced to choose between paying rent, putting food on the table, or building a future. Entire neighborhoods are trapped in cycles of disinvestment and displacement.

Dominion Community Development Corporation (DCDC) was founded to break that cycle. As a community based Black woman-led nonprofit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit affordable housing developer in Baltimore, we are reimagining what’s possible: safe, affordable housing, strong community ownership, and creative pathways to wealth for families who have historically been shut out.

Since 2022, DCDC has been leading initiatives that take on Baltimore’s biggest challenges:Dominion 

Affordable housing that restores dignity and stability.

Youth empowerment programs that prepare the next generation to lead.

Homeless housing with services to help families rebuild their lives.

Economic development that keeps wealth in the community.
