Empowering Students who are Blind and Visually Impaired Since 1984

For over 40 years, the Kentucky School for the Blind Charitable Foundation (KSBCF) has been dedicated to creating equal opportunities in education for students blind and visually impaired in the state of Kentucky. We bridge the gap by providing essential resources including braille writers, assistive technology and scholarships and grants.

Our mission is to make a difference in the education, independence, and quality of life for students and individuals wo are blind or visually impaired in Kentucky.

Your donation makes a difference in helping us achieve this mission. With your support, we can continue to equip students with the tools they need to succeed academically and in life. Whether it’s funding a scholarship that opens doors to higher education or providing assistive technology that fosters independence, your contribution directly impacts the lives of these students, helping them reach their full potential. Together, we can ensure a brighter future for every student who is blind or visually impaired in Kentucky.
