Rent is increasing while wages remain stagnant and landlords and property managers are getting greedier by the day. That leaves many Mississippi tenants on the brink of homeless every month. While we must fight for tenant's rights and unite to change the laws that protect abusive landlords; we must also make sure that folks in our community are not forced out on the street. The Mississippi Tenant Rising Solidarity Fund raises funds specifically to go tenants facing eviction or who find themselves having to choose between food or rent. 

Housing is a human right. Everybody has the right to live!
