To me, the Prism Center (along with the Transformation Project and TPAN) is one of the best examples of people seeing a need in their community and coming together to create something for the better. Many LGBTQ+ and 2Spirit people in South Dakota feel that they don't have places they can be themselves fully, but the Prism Center is the exception to that. And it was created by people who had a vision of what a welcoming and supportive space in South Dakota looked like, and worked hard to bring it to life. As a Prism Center Founder, I'm raising money to help sustain this center into the long term, so it can be a positive place for years to come. Your contribution is incredibly appreciated!
