My name is Dr. Kathy McHugh, and I'm the Medical Director at Shepherd's Clinic.

Every day, patients walk through our doors after delaying care they couldn't afford. Many are living with uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or chronic pain. They're parents, caregivers, and workers doing their best under challenging circumstances. 

At Shepherd's, they find more than just medical care. They experience people who listen, understand, and walk alongside them. Our patient-centered model provides thoughtful, comprehensive care at no cost, thanks to the support of our donors. 

Right now, we're facing a critical funding gap. If we can't close it by June 30, services like nutrition counseling and wellness classes may be at risk. These aren't "extras." They're essential resources that keep our patients well and out of the emergency room.
