💡 Fund a Week. Change a Future.

For just $250, you can make it possible for a Youthful Impact participant to complete a week of hands-on, paid work experience while advancing toward an industry-recognized certification — giving them both the skills and the real-world experience to step into a living-wage career.

Youthful Impact equips youth ages 14 to 24 with the skills and credentials they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Through rigorous training, hands-on projects, and industry-recognized certifications, we prepare young people with limited access and opportunities to break into high-demand technical fields.

Our mission: Unlock the potential of disengaged youth. We provide tools, knowledge, and real-world experience so they can thrive — whether launching a business or stepping into a well-paying job.

Through our partnership with Grow with Google, the Youthful Impact entrepreneurial-mindset program has helped governments, employers, and community leaders strengthen the workforce pipeline for over 500 youth who might otherwise be overlooked. Our evidence-based approach blends business, digital, financial, and 21st-century skills training — empowering participants to solve real problems in their lives and communities.

This summer, 10 Job Corps participants are completing certifications in project management and digital marketing while gaining hands-on work experience in the vocational trades. Your support ensures they can finish strong — with both the skills and the resources to transition directly into employment.

When you sponsor a week, you’re not just giving a paycheck — you’re investing in someone’s ability to finish what they started, graduate with a credential, and build a future they can be proud of.

This CBS6 video (1:34) shows a few of graduates talking about the impact of the program.
