I joined ECOSS as executive director only two months ago. Already I have witnessed the awesome force of ECOSS staff who are dedicated to bringing community-led solutions to help solve the climate crisis. Our work centers the experiences of immigrant and BIPOC community members to champion innovative, equitable and just approaches to clean water, green energy and solid waste. We also promote environmental stewardship and access to green spaces through programs like community-led watershed tours and hikes at Little Si mountain.
Our staff come from the communities we serve and speak 10 languages in-house. We have longstanding and trusted relationships with more than 100 community groups, businesses, and government partners in the Puget Sound region.
I couldn’t be more proud of the work ECOSS is doing and invite you to join us by contributing a donation that is meaningful to you. Whether you are able to give $10 or $50, every amount makes a difference. In giving to ECOSS, you will be joining an *awesome community* and contributing to the vital movement for positive environmental and social change!
