ECWC's "Smokedown" BBQ Cook-off
Saturday, January 20th, 6:00 AM EST
Cook meeting will be held inside the Wildlife Club. Each team will draw a number to determine pick order & tasting order. Electrical hook-ups are available. Teams must provide their own cooking equipment. All types of grills and smokers are welcome! Blind judging will be conducted by a panel. Club members will check in with teams periodically, please let us know if we can be of any assistance. More details coming soon!
