The EECL mission is to increase quality, affordable, safe and supportive environments in all early childcare and learning settings to promote development and create nurturing relationships for young children (infants to kindergarten) thus contributing to a thriving Clear Creek County, Colorado. 

Money goes toward early-care scholarships and innovative thinking to help bolster our families, children, and care providers that in turn helps retain a stable workforce and pipeline to Clear Creek County schools.
