Support Homes for Local Heroes

Exodus Family Institute (EFI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to being the bridge in the community to build homes the workforce can afford and live where they work. EFI's focus is on teachers, first responders, healthcare workers, and veterans-- the local heroes! The 21 homes will be constructed on 16 acres of land acquired in 2024. EFI is working to grow resources for construction and education.

Giving Tuesday is coming up on December 2, 2025. Your generosity in this campaign will support homebuyer education sessions and ultimately construction. Homebuyer education allows EFI to:

Provide home buyer information sessions
Provide financial literacy classes
Provide down payment assistance and lower interest rates for first-time and other qualified homebuyers (as funding is available)
Provide access to pre-and post- purchase counseling
