Exceptional Families of the Military Annual Fund

Exceptional Families of the Military started when a single military spouse realized that to enact change for Exceptional Families; those voices must come together as one community and one voice. Since its founding in February 2020, EFM has grown dramatically and is run by an all-volunteer staff with close connections to the EFM community.

Our community has long faced quality-of-life issues due to our family member’s unique needs. These quality-of-life issues have never been addressed, but true to our mission, we aim to shed light on them, collect data to prove these are systemic issues, and work towards real solutions for our families. Exceptional Families of the Military is an all-volunteer organization run by EFMP families for EFMP families. Still, critical operating expenses must be covered for us to continue our mission and expand our programming.
