By contributing to Edgar Fellows, you are supporting Governor Edgar's vision of creating a better Illinois through civil, collaborative, and compassionate leadership at all levels of government. This self-funded program was started in 2012 and now has nearly 475 Illinois public policy leaders who are Fellows. They come from across Illinois; are elected officials at the local, county, state and federal level; are leaders in nonprofits, business and labor organizations; and include key staff.
