100 WOMEN WHO CARE

Soroptimist International of Vacaville has been serving our local community for 64 years. We raise money to empower women and girls in Vacaville and Solano County. We are part of a 103-year-old organization

Live Your Dream-  The Live Your Dream Awards give women the resources they need to improve their education, skills, and employment prospects. We give grants to head of household women in undergrad or training programs.

Community Grants- awarding grants to local non-profits

Violet Richardson Award- Recognizing high school students who are making a difference in their community. 

Dream it, Be, it- career support for young girls. Program for girls 14 to 18 to give the tools for success in school and work. 

Scholarships- grants to women in their 2nd thru 4th year of College. Mary Harris Scholarship for students in certain fields.

Dream Makers- assisting women's reentry program to help women return to the workforce. 

Many of our programs focus on Human Trafficking and ways to assist the victims.
