Join us for the 30th Annual Enid Lights Up the Plains on Friday, November 29th, 2024!

We're excited to welcome local food trucks and holiday-themed vendors to help make this event a magical kickoff to the holiday season.

Food Truck Guidelines:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED (If you have submitted these for First Friday already, you're good!)

Copy of your current City Mobile Food Vendor License
Current Oklahoma State Health License
- Contact Garfield County Health Dept. 580.233.0650, x126 for assistance
Current Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit
- *Food Trucks are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax
Certificate of Insurance
- Naming Main Street Enid, Inc, Garfield County, AND the City of Enid as additional insureds.
- General liability policy with $1,000,000.00 per occurrence $2,000,000.00 general aggregate limits.

Food Trucks *pending city approval of the map* will be lined up on Randolph (see map below) and overflow will head onto Independence.

Vendor Guidelines:

Food & Beverage Vendors: Must serve food, hot drinks, or other holiday/winter-themed treats.
Non-Food Vendors: Must offer holiday or winter-themed products.
No light-up toys—these are reserved for Main Street Enid’s fundraiser.

Important Details:

Setup Time: All vendors must be fully set up by 4:30 PM and stay open until 7:30 PM.
Vendors/Trucks are responsible for their own electrical cords, tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment.
No Refunds will be given after payment.
Once payment is received you will be added to our website and social pages as a participating vendor/food truck.
