Empowering Moms Program is a part of Connected Nest. Our mission is to empower women to gain confidence as new moms through a validating, diverse, and accepting community setting. Monthly donors help us to maintain and grow our programming and all supports are appreciated.

Our program helps women to connect and access a support system.

Maternal health is everyone's health. Empowering Moms program relies on community donations to continue to grow and reach new neighborhoods. 

 Help us expand and offer in-person groups in Allegheny County. 

Our Empowering Moms New Moms group at Joy in Movement Yoga Studio in Bellevue, PA started in March 2023. This year of support has reached over 50 moms and their babies and made lasting impact.
