The ERA Lambros Community Foundation was established in 2002 by Ed Coffman and Karen Reyner with a simple, powerful mission: to support the well-being of individuals and families in the communities we serve.

For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with local organizations and community efforts to help ensure access to essential needs like food, clothing, and shelter across Western Montana. Through strategic funding, hands-on volunteerism, and a deep commitment to service, the Foundation helps bridge gaps and uplift those facing hardship in our region.

To date, we’ve invested more than $300,000 into meaningful, community-rooted work, and our commitment continues to grow. At ERA Lambros, giving back isn’t just a value — it’s the heart of who we are.
