ERCA Donations

Rather than collecting dues, ERCA now relies solely on donations for funding. These funds pay for our website, Google suite, physical mailbox, and annual events like the Easter Egg hunt, Summer Cookout, and Halloween Parade! The more donations we get, the more programming and neighborhood events we can organize.

As a 501(c)(4) organization, donations to the East Rockville Civic Association are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. A copy of the current financial statement of the East Rockville Civic Association is available by writing [email protected] or by calling (215)-275-6969. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.
