What We Offer

Camp, Respite and Recreation provides day, overnight and virtual recreational opportunities for personal development and independence for people with disabilities in a fun, safe, and engaging getaway while providing a healthy break for family or caregivers.

Nebraska Alternative Financing Program provides low interest loans for the purchase of assistive technology devices and services that help individuals with disabilities maintain or increase their independence.

Nebraska AgrAbility helps farmers and ranchers who have sustained a disabling illness or injury overcome barriers to continue their chosen profession in agriculture.

Benefits Planning and Work Incentives Counseling services assist Social Security disability beneficiaries ages 14 to full retirement in understanding how federal disability cash (SSDI/SSI), healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) and other public benefits are impacted by income from work, providing the assurances needed to make informed decisions about working while disabled. This service also helps individuals identify and strategically use state/federal work incentives that best align with their career goals.

Ticket to Work is an employment services program designed for disability beneficiaries ages 18-64 that are currently receiving SSDI or SSI cash benefits to obtain, maintain or advance in employment. An Opportunity Consultant can assist individuals participating in the Ticket to Work program by providing career planning, goal setting, resume preparation, job search assistance, community resource navigation and follow along support, including benefits education, healthcare planning and work incentive advisement.
