At Emergent Works, we build with justice-impacted youth who are rewriting their stories through creativity, community, and economic opportunity. Every day, our participants show what’s possible when talent is nurtured, not overlooked: writing music that heals, building digital skills that open careers, and finding the confidence to envision a future they were once told wasn’t theirs to claim.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity, a moment where people everywhere come together to fuel the work that lifts communities up. And for EW, it’s one of the most important days of the year. Your support directly funds life-changing programming, including our T.RAP music and digital workforce readiness program, stipends that keep young people engaged and supported, meals and transportation for those who need it, mental health resources, digital literacy training, and the safe, creative spaces our participants rely on.
