Today, our mission is more relevant than ever: 82% of managers believe Gen-Z lack the soft skills WBW teaches, while 51% of Gen-Z feel unprepared for the workforce. Students are still facing challenges from years of online learning, and Washington Business Week’s proven approach is helping them acquire the skills necessary not just for success, but for leadership in their fields.
