Operations and Events

The Zimbabwe Cultural Exchange Project of California is dedicated to building bridges between communities in Zimbabwe and the United States through education, the arts, and cultural exchange. Our next phase focuses on strengthening our capacity to serve - by hiring key staff, securing office space, and producing events that connect people, celebrate heritage, and inspire learning across borders.

At the heart of our 2025 initiative is the Zimbabwe Schools, Arts, and Sculpture Computer Tablets Drive, an effort to collect and ship 1,500 computer tablets to schools and community organizations across Zimbabwe. These devices will empower students and teachers to communicate directly with classrooms and partners in California, fostering global understanding and shared creativity through digital exchange.

Your contribution - whether through a donation, sponsorship, or the gift of new or gently used tablets - helps us lay the foundation for lasting impact. Each dollar raised supports both our operational growth and this first stage of a long-term cultural and educational partnership.

Together, we can expand opportunity, preserve tradition, and open pathways of connection between young people, artists, and educators across continents. Join us in this exciting mission to make technology, culture, and creativity a shared bridge between Zimbabwe and California.
