It's March Madness! 🏀 Eddie loved an IU basketball game, and in his honor we're launching a March Madness Bracket Challenge and Final Four Squares, all to support CHD awareness and research. Participate in either challenge - or both! - for the chance to win some money and, more importantly, support the Eddie Mayerik Foundation.

1. Bracket Challenge (now closed)

Secure your $25 bracket entry by clicking "Donate & Tickets" on the upper right corner of this page. Once the donation is made, you will receive a link and password to sign up on ESPN for the Bracket Challenge in the group "Eddie's Infantry".

Rules for the Bracket Challenge: Create your bracket for the NCAA Men's college basketball tournament by 3/20 at 12pm. This is a "set-it-and-forget-it" bracket, so no action required after initial setup. Selecting a team to win at each stage of the bracket earns points, weighted by round, with correct picks in the later rounds awarding more points than early rounds. The winner is the participant with the most points at the end of the tournament. Ties are decided by being the closest to the point total for the championship.

The winner will receive 25% of the total pool, second place will get 15%, and 10% for third, with 50% of proceeds benefiting EMF's efforts to advance CHD research. ❤️

2. Final Four Squares (sold out!)

There's a second way to participate in our March Madness campaign! Purchase Finals Squares for $10 a square. You can add a square (or two) when you purchase your bracket with a single donation, or sign up just for the Squares Challenge. No basketball knowledge needed, just get your ticket!

Rules for the Squares Challenge: With each square ticket purchased, you'll be randomly assigned a square on a 10x10 grid, with each row and column assigned a number from 0 to 9. The winner of each game is determined by matching the last digits of the final score with the numbers on the claimed square. Participants will receive information on their square(s) just ahead of the Final Game.

50% of proceeds will benefit EMF's efforts to advance CHD research, with $200 going to the winner after the first half and $300 to the winner at the end of the game. 50% of proceeds will benefit EMF's efforts to advance CHD research. ❤️
