Farming

At Eden Ministries, our mission is to combat hunger and respond to emergencies through sustainable agriculture, cultivating quality crops and livestock to provide essential nourishment to children, staff, and the broader community. Recognizing the challenges of obtaining employment in rural Zimbabwe, our agriculture program serves by offering jobs to 45 men and women, addressing poverty and fostering economic resilience.

​Beyond immediate needs, our agricultural initiatives also function as a hub for vocational education, empowering students with practical skills in animal husbandry, small-scale crop production, and fruit and vegetable propagation. This educational empowerment enables them to succeed as self-employed farmers, laying the foundation for a sustainable future in the rural context.
