The who's who of Illinois government and public policy will be gathering on Thursday, September 1, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, 301 North Water Street, Chicago, IL, to celebrate and support the Edgar Fellows Program and its 10th anniversary. The cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. and the dinner at 7 p.m. Parking for the event will be available at a reduced rate of $35. A limited block of hotel rooms is being held at the Sheraton for a discounted rate. They will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The Edgar Fellows Fund at the University of Illinois Foundation is a 501(c)(3). As such, the amount of your contribution for this event that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money contributed over $181 per meal and $25 per gift which is the value of goods or services provided by the organization.
