This event is hosted on behalf of the Snell Foundation and will provide a unique opportunity for your company to exhibit to oncology professionals including physicians, APPS, nurses and pharmacists through educational and collaborative discussions.

6:15 PM - 6:35 PM: Educational Presentation with Q&A | Ipsen
6:45 PM - 7:15 PM: Professional Networking Session
7:15 PM - 7:35 PM: Educational Presentation with Q&A | Blueprint Medicines
7:45 PM - 8:30 PM: Professional Networking Session and Event Conclusion
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Exhibit Take Down

Food and Drink Sponsorship: $4,000 (Limited to 3 companies)
Fee includes 1 attendee per company plus signage in the refreshment area.

Exhibitor Opportunity: $9,000 (Limited to 40 companies)
Includes exhibit space and attendance for up to 2 attendees.

Event Sponsorship: $13,000 (Limited to 3 companies)
Includes the option to exhibit, 3 attendee tickets, recognition at the event, in the event bulletin, event website, and event communication.

Presenting Sponsor Opportunity: $20,000 (Limited to 2 companies. Total includes $9,000 exhibitor fee, plus additional $11,000 fee)
Includes exhibit space, attendance for up to 3 attendees, and a live 20-minute presentation to all attendees and NECS healthcare professionals. Presentation AV equipment will be provided.

Upon registration, exhibitors will be given the option to express interest in a Presenting Sponsor Opportunity. Selection of the two presenting sponsors will be made based on the proposed clinical presentation topic and the chosen sponsors will be notified no later than Friday, May 9th. Please submit your proposed topic by Friday, May 2nd, via email to Jessica Fidalgo: fidalj@newecs.org

Please note that this is a commitment to an exhibit fee. Neither NECS nor the Snell Foundation will submit grant requests to exhibiting companies. Registration is considered a firm commitment, and due to limited capacity, refunds will not be issued.
